• 9 25 September 2024: Announcement of qualified teams.
• 30 September 2024: Payment and final submission deadline.
• 1 – 24 October 2024: Late registration and payment. During this period, no team registration is allowed.
• 7 October 2024: Submission of team presentation videos.
• 11 October 2024: Team presentation videos to be uploaded to RCAP Academy Official YouTube channel.
• 24 – 27 October 2024: Team setup & Competitions
• 27 October 2024: Finals & Award Ceremony
